Estate Planning

Righeimer Martin & Cinquino, P.C. believes that estate planning for each of our clients should differ as much as their life experiences. Our firm attempts to understand intimately each client’s unique position before determining the best estate plan.

Our estate planning practice goes beyond simple wills and trusts. We consider the estate tax and gift tax consequences to the client. We also prepare powers of attorney for health care and/or property, living wills, free-standing trust documents and other documents where appropriate.

Our firm also is experienced in amending existing documents and drafting new documents to suit the clients’ needs as they change over time.

In some situations, an estate plan needs to be defended. Our firm is experienced in litigating to defend documents, whether drafted by our firm or another firm, and in protecting our clients’ assets while effecting the desired distributions.

We take pride in our ability to craft a uniquely specialized estate plan for each of our clients, and we look forward to serving our clients during their lifetimes as well as assisting their family members to carry out their wishes at the appropriate time.
