Leo N. Cinquino

Leo N. Cinquino is a partner at Righeimer, Martin & Cinquino. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. and received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago. Leo primarily practices in the area of eminent domain, representing both owners and local condemning authorities. He has handled appeals in the Illinois appellate courts and the Illinois Supreme Court. Previously, Leo was an Illinois special assistant attorney general. Leo has lectured on eminent domain for the Illinois State Bar Association and many other groups. He has served as chairman and lecturer for the CLE International-Chicago Eminent Domain Conference, and as editor for four supplements to Righeimer: “Eminent Domain in Illinois.” Leo also co-authored Pre-trial Procedure, Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Illinois Eminent Domain (2007), and previous chapters.
