Frank R. Martin is a partner at Righeimer Martin & Cinquino, P.C.. He graduated from Beloit College with a B.A. and received his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the U.S. Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Frank’s primary practice areas are banking law,  complex real estate transactions, and probate matters. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Previously, Frank was an Illinois special assistant attorney general. He is married and has three children.
